Excella, a pioneer in Agile technology solutions, announced a five-year contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General (HHS OIG). Through the contract, Excella will build-out the Grants Analytics Portal (GAP) to expand HHS OIG’s ability to monitor Medicare, Medicaid, and more than 100 of the agency’s discretionary programs.
