Hays represents asset managers, fintech companies, and financial institutions on a variety of complex structured finance transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Hays received his JD, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School and his BS, magna cum laude, from Boston College. He joins Latham from Dechert LLP in Chicago.
