Bergeson has been elected to serve as a Regent of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL) for the 2022-2023 term. Ms. Bergeson has been a member of ACOEL since 2011.

ACOEL is a professional association of distinguished lawyers who practice in the field of environmental law. Membership is by invitation, and members are recognized by their peers as preeminent in their field.
