Graffam’s focus on the latest developments impacting home security led the company to invest $25 million in areas such as IT, infrastructure, and technology to modernize Brinks Home’s processes and pave the way for profitable growth. Graffam’s leadership helped Brinks Home emerge from the pandemic and retain more customers in the last year than in the previous five years.

In 2021, Brinks Home and AT&T announced a partnership to allow 200,000 former Digital Life customers impacted by the 3G sunset to remain protected with Brinks Home’s state-of-the-art Smart Home product suite. Graffam put customer protection first when negotiating this profitable deal, and his involvement in various business deals has helped add over $6 million in monthly recurring revenue to the company over the last two years.

Graffam joined Brinks Home in October 2017 with over 25 years of financial management, general management, and accounting experience. He is a CPA with a Bachelor’s Degree from Alfred Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware.

Graffam will be honored at the CFO of the Year awards ceremony on November 10 and be featured in a special publication in DBJ’s November 18 issue.
