Cecchini has created 'The Butcher's Burger' as an exclusive culinary creation available at 16 participating Umami Burger locations nationwide through April 18th, 2019.
The announcement of this Artist Series collaboration comes after the incredible opening of contemporary sbe steakhouse Carna by Dario Cecchini at the internationally acclaimed resort destination Baha Mar in the Bahamas. The legendary eighth-generation celebrity butcher believes that all cuts of meat can be utilized when cooked properly, eliminating waste and promoting sustainability and will showcase this in his concept for Umami Burger.

Decadent and savory, 'The Butcher's Burger' features Mishima Reserve Wagyu Beef seasoned with Dario's Essence of Chianti Salt and Dario's Mediterranean Pepper Jelly Mostarda topped with crisp Boston lettuce, extra virgin olive oil, a dill pickle, fresh tomatoes and onions all between a fresh vegan bun.

Cecchini's Artist Series launch comes on the heels of AccorHotels commitment to open over one hundred Umami Burger restaurants at Accor properties across the globe by 2026.
