In this position, Julia will use her in-depth experience to lead and motivate a field team of Account Executives and execute pivotal growth strategies for the brand.

In this position, Julia will use her in-depth experience to lead and motivate a field team of Account Executives and execute pivotal growth strategies for the brand.

Specifically, Julia will oversee strategic sales, leadership, development, and performance of the COSMEDIX North America professional skincare spa channel (B2B) aligned with the overall brand strategy and financial targets to achieve/exceed financial targets and increase market share.

Success included exceeding financial targets and executing critical brand and strategic initiatives across 1,200 North American retail stores that resulted in $600 million in incremental revenue. After her time at Tarte Cosmetics, Julia served as Director of Sales and Education – NA/UK/EU - for Forma Brands/Morphe Cosmetics where she was responsible for the growth and development of 52 retail stores and the management of more than 1000 employees over seven direct reports.
