    • Pledged to Urban Land Institute's Greenprint Net Zero Carbon Commitment, including initiatives to:
    • Reduce portfolio-wide greenhouse gas emissions (on an intensity basis) by 50% by 2030; and 
    • Achieve net zero carbon operations by 2050.
