The Remote IT and Security Management (RITSM) certification will help learners gain all the knowledge they need to have a successful career in technology in a matter of weeks.

Jobs in technology are increasingly difficult to fill, especially for smaller companies. They don’t have the time to teach candidates how to use the necessary technology or the essential customer service skills needed for the job. In the spring semester, Miami Dade College will offer it as a “for-credit” course that counts towards students’ degree.
