(NASDAQ:EMLD) (the “Company”), a blank-check company formed for the purpose of acquiring or merging with one or more businesses, today announced that it intends to adjourn its special meeting in lieu of annual meeting of stockholders (the "Meeting") scheduled to be held on September 14, 2023 at 11:00 am Eastern Time. The Meeting will be adjourned to September 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. As previously announced, the Meeting will occur virtually at https://www.cstproxy.com/ftacemeraldacquisition/2023.
