(WHEN) to provide well-being services in the Phoenix-area.
The organizations will provide life-changing well-being, mental health and career development information to underserved families and individuals in South Central Phoenix through the WHEN model of connecting clients to certified WHEN Advisors®. Clients will engage in advisory and coaching sessions with WHEN Advisors via a series of private appointments, and their progress will be tracked through a variety of benchmarks on individualized client dashboards.

The vast majority of WHEN clients who engage with well-being services provided report achieving at least one of their well-being goals, often within a matter of weeks. Monthly reports are provided to all partnering organizations, which includes retention statistics on a quarterly basis. Data is tracked over 12-month periods.
