SharkNinja, Inc. (NYSE: SN), a global product design and technology company, today announced that certain selling shareholders affiliated with Xuning Wang and CDH Investments (collectively, the “Selling Shareholders”) have commenced an underwritten public offering of 5,612,641 ordinary shares of SharkNinja pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Additionally, the Selling Shareholder affiliated with CDH Investments intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 841,896 ordinary shares of SharkNinja.
SharkNinja is not selling any ordinary shares in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale.
