He co-founded Simatree, an award-winning strategic advisory firm specializing in data, analytics, technology consultation, and digital transformation. He is currently a partner at Galway Holdings, LP, a financial services provider in insurance, tech, and consulting.

Additionally, Mr. Williams is an analyst for ESPN’s flagship basketball programs “NBA Countdown” and “College GameDay,” a New York Times bestselling author, and a keynote motivational speaker for executive business conferences and charitable organizations. He is one of the most prolific college basketball players in history, a member of the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame, and was the second overall pick in the 2002 NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls.
