Both promotions will be effective Jan. 1, 2024.

Formerly SVP & Chief Brand Officer, Kathy Collins in her new role as Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities for Frontdoor, Inc.’s two brands, American Home Shield and Frontdoor. This includes ideation, testing and development of all products and services, as well as execution through direct-to-consumer sales, sales to new homebuyers via the real estate channel, marketing, and corporate partnerships – all with the goal of driving revenue and customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention. Chief Sales Officer Jes Fields will report directly to Collins.

Formerly SVP of Contractor Engagement, Iverson in his new role as Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operational functions for the American Home Shield and Frontdoor brands with a focus on enhancing the contractor and member experiences. Scott Brown, the head of service operations, will report directly to Iverson.

Iverson joined Frontdoor, Inc. in January 2019 as VP of Operations and was subsequently promoted to VP of Contractor Relations in February 2022, and then again to SVP of Contractor Engagement in August 2023.
