The Joy of Serging aims to educate and inspire a new perspective on the art of serging

AURORA, Ill., April 4, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In honor of April's National Serger Month, BERNINA of America, the leading sewing, longarm, and serger manufacturer, is pleased to announce the launch of a brand new web series, The Joy of Serging. This innovative and informational series will be led by Pam Mahshie, Business Manager for Overlocker Machines for BERNINA of America, and Gail Yellen, owner of Gail Patrice Design.

Hosted by Mahshie, an industry expert with over 40 years experience, The Joy of Serging is created to shed new light on the art of serging with a variety of industry specialists. From machine developers and pattern designers to quilters and sewists, Mahshie and guests will discuss misconceptions, introduce ideas for creative techniques, and inspire all skill levels to explore using a serger. With bi-weekly episodes, viewers can experience a talk-show style format that offers both perspective and education.
