(Nasdaq: LGMK), a provider of personal emergency response systems, health communications devices, and technology for the growing care economy, today announced that it has rescheduled the release of fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results, originally scheduled for March 27, 2024.

LogicMark now expects to release results before the market opens on Monday, April 1, 2024. The conference call will be held the same day at 1:30 p.m. PDT / 4:30 p.m. EDT, hosted by Ms. Chia-Lin Simmons, CEO, and Mr. Mark Archer, CFO.
