(Cboe Canada: ZEFI) (the “Company”, “Zefiro”, or “ZEFI”) is pleased to announce that its common shares are now trading on the Cboe Canada Inc. (“Cboe Canada”) exchange, as part of Zefiro’s successful Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) which was recently announced by the Company in a press release dated April 11, 2024. A ceremony took place yesterday at Cboe Canada’s head office in Toronto, where Zefiro Founder and Chief Executive Officer Talal Debs PhD rang the bell alongside Zefiro team members.

Zefiro is focused on reducing emissions of methane gas, which is 25x to 84x more potent than carbon dioxide emissions.
