Spirit Airlines, Inc. (Spirit or the Company) (NYSE:SAVE) today announced that, in response to the request set forth in the letter to the Company from Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. ("Frontier") (NASDAQ: ULCC) dated July 10, 2022, Spirit intends to reopen and immediately adjourn its Special Meeting of Stockholders (the Special Meeting) relating to the proposed merger agreement with Frontier until July 27, 2022 at 11:00am ET, at which time the Special Meeting will reconvene.
