The growing cookie brand continues to spread its gourmet goodness throughout Long Island at their newest location at 1948 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport, NY 11731.

With six leases secured throughout the state and preparing to open their doors in 2023, the popular cookie brand has launched their latest storefront in the heart of the New York City suburbs. The brand has quickly earned a reputation for quality and variety in the gourmet cookie segment, and this third Long Island location marks the halfway point of their New York expansion plans for the year.

The in-demand brand was born of a friendly challenge between childhood friends from Astoria, Queens. Betting which of the two could make a better tasting cookie, pals Peter Phillips and Theodore Gailas realized they were both creating some inventive and delicious recipes in their efforts to top each other. A small storefront and some baking equipment followed, and with it a dream was born to share their good fortune by not only starting their own cookie business, but provide other entrepreneurs with an opportunity to start their own business with a quality product in a segment in the food industry gaining rapid popularity.

Phillips explains that their decision to create a franchising opportunity was born out of their brand mission. "Our goal is to make communities smile through the quality of our products and to make our owners and employees feel purpose in their communities," he said
