The National Conference Center in Leesburg, VA Extends Complimentary Dining Program for Furloughed Federal Workers
WASHINGTON, Jan. 24, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --On January 15, The National Conference Center (The National), a GSA approved property, began serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to Loudoun County's furloughed federal workers and their families.

- On January 23, The National announced that they will extend complimentary dining to all metro areafederal employees affected by the furlough and will continue the program one week after the federal government fully reopens.
- To date, over 550 furloughed employees and family members have dined at The National through the initiative.
- The Nationalissues one dining ticket per weekday to furloughed employees who show their federal ID at the front desk beginning at 7am, Monday through Friday.
