OTTAWA, Nov. 4, 2018 /CNW/ -While negotiations continue, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) began strike action in London and Scarborough, Ont and in Carbonear, Exploits Valley, Gander-Lewisporte, Deer Lake, St. Anthony and Stephenville (NL).
