Today, the Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, announced that the International Mobility Program Plus (IMP+), a new work permit option for Quebec-selected permanent residence candidates, is now open for applications.

  • This new open work permit will help address labour shortages across Quebec, while continuing to promote Canada as a top destination for global talent.
