MONROE, La., March 26, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Northeast Delta Human Services Authority (NEDHSA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council (NELAAC) and the NELA Music Awards, respectively. Each respective MOU is an effort to recognize arts as one of its integrated health care, evidence-based prevention, communications, and treatment strategies to help serve persons with mental health, addictive disorders, and developmental disabilities.
