("XPDB") (NASDAQ: XPDB, XPDBW, XPDBU), a special purpose acquisition company focused on the renewable and transition energy sectors, today announced closing of its business combination with Montana Technologies LLC ("Montana"), the inventor of AirJoule® -- a transformational renewable energy and cooling technology.
