School violence has continued to escalate, with the last two decades having the highest incidents of reports:

“The National Center for Education Statistics on Tuesday released a 31-page report that found there were at least 93 (shooting) incidents with causalities at public and private schools across the United States in 2020-2021,” the highest in two decades.

In addition, adolescent suicide continues to rise, requiring a collaborative approach to address a growing trend:

“Suicide is the second leading cause of death for children, adolescents, and young adults aged 15 to 24 years old.”
