- Thus, for the purpose of further promoting the integral well-being of communities, JAVER stepped up its sustainability efforts by obtaining EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification for 294 homes in the Muriel Residencial project, which is in the metropolitan area of Monterrey, Nuevo Len.
- This certification, established by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, evaluates the energy and water efficiency and energy savings embodied in the materials used for the construction of the homes.
