Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (“OSG”) announced today an agreement with BP Oil Shipping Company, USA, to purchase the tank vessel Alaskan Frontier, a sister vessel to three other Alaskan Class tankers operated by OSG’s wholly owned subsidiary, Alaskan Tanker Company.
