Key Points:

Revenues in the fourth quarter of 2023 were $1,625.8 million, as compared to $1,506.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Non-GAAP(*) gross profit amounted to $411.4 million (25.3% of revenues) in the fourth quarter of 2023, as compared to $388.0 million (25.8% of revenues) in the fourth quarter of 2022.
GAAP gross profit in the fourth quarter of 2023 was $382.1 million (23.5% of revenues), as compared to $380.6 million (25.3% of revenues) in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Financial expenses, net were $45.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2023, as compared to $26.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2022.
