Highlighting the importance of proactive government support, President Museveni gave the directive to the Minister of Finance, the Honorable Matia Kasaija, to fast-track packages of non-cash incentives to strengthen Uganda's negotiating power and give a competitive edge when pitching for film projects or their financing.
