(NASDAQ: CHTR) (alongwith its subsidiaries, "Charter") today announced that its subsidiaries, CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp., have closed on $1.2 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2032 (the "Notes").
