HEALDSBURG, Calif., May 31, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- J Vineyards & Winery today unveiled "Shifting the Lens," a three-part culinary residency in collaboration with Chefs Jenny Dorsey, Preeti Mistry, and Shenarri Freeman. Each chef will debut menu takeovers at J's Bubble Room in Sonoma County with the goal of inspiring food and wine exploration, changing the way pairings are traditionally understood - by focusing on distinct culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations. Together with J Vineyards, the aim is to pave the way for equitable conversation and representation in the food and wine industry.
