The report's latest edition analyzed data from 2020 – 2022 and highlights trends around some aspects of board diversity across Fortune-ranked companies, the disparities between these boards and the U.S. demographic population and variations in boardroom diversity across industries. These insights highlight the progress and serve to inform and highlight the need for a more diverse board composition.
