PHILADELPHIA, April 16, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) has commenced installation of the first concrete panels at The Bellwether District, marking a key milestone in vertical construction of the site's expansive development. The first phase of development will include two buildings, totaling approximately one million square feet.
