National Philanthropic Trust Appoints Holly Welch Stubbing President and Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Trustees of National Philanthropic Trust (NPT), the largest national, independent public charity that manages donor-advised funds (DAFs), and one of the largest grantmaking organizations in the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Holly Welch Stubbing as NPT’s new president and chief executive officer.

- Welch Stubbing will assume her roles effective July 1, 2024, upon the retirement of Eileen R. Heisman from NPT.

Welch Stubbing joins National Philanthropic Trust after serving since 2017 as president and CEO of E4E Relief, a national charitable organization offering emergency financial relief programs for global companies and communities.
